Well, I'm not so sure on the looks. The cars are excellent, but looks..ughh.
Well the Green eclipse wasn't all that in F&F and people loved it. I guess same here.

Hey, from the undershot pic you can see a rear diff which would indicate that the car is AWD and probly the AWD system used on the Evo 7.

Yeppers, o.k., I have given up the thought that it is a US lancer, most likely a turbo cedia...doubt it truly is Euro spec EVO because of the taillights.

 

Since there are two of them, I wonder if it will be a team of drivers scene. Or does this mean that that EVO is going to be involved in a horrible wreck in the movie?

I'm betting on the latter.

 

I'm betting that it's going to have a starring role due to the amount they brought in. The one pic showed like 4 of them at least, as well as that MR2 that gets gussied up to look like a Porsche.

 

its the Lancer Evo. The taillights are like that because of the movie and how they upgrade all the cars, i.e. the graphics and spoilers.

 

but to do that they would have to go backwards in more than just taillights, they would have to do the bumper as well as wheel flares to make USDM taillights fit an EVO, just like we would have to do to make EVO lights fit a US lancer.

 

well not necessarily, cuz im sure in japan they have the euro taillights that fit their Evo 7s. and all they do is import them here for the movie. and for the bumper, itz smaller (from the view of the pics) then the big, ugly ones on those US lancers, so i think the one in that pic is a modified Evo.

 

why? why? good ive the color isnt bad enough, the altezzas are worse
