Need advice on what to do with my rear bumper

Hey guys, well here is my story, last night when I was coming back from a club, I got hit in my rear bumper because the guy was not paying attention and probably tailgating, anyhow the good part he only damaged my rear bumper which needs to be replaced, but the bad part he bounced from the scene. My thinking is i am going to buy a new bumper fromt his dealership in VA because they gave about 15% discount on parts. My questionns are:

Can anyone advice on good shop to paint the bumper? (I am thinking of going to the dealership where I bought the car: Healey Brothers)

How much is a stock rear bumper cost?

Check bumper mounts etc

Evo23IG
If I were you I would check for more extensive damage, You don't just destroy a bumber without damaging anything else.
Check the Spare wheel storage area and the trunk floor for signs of rippling, also check underneath the car, check Exhaust tailpipe and so on.
Might be alot worse than you think.
Check the other threads on Rear end impacts.

I thought about that but the problem with JDM bumper is that its shorter and you have to take out the re-inforcement or put a smaller one.

I found the best price for a stock rear bumper is $340 but you have to get it from dealerships that gives that 15-20% discount.

Regarding the damage on the car, I looked it over and other than the bumper their is really no othe major damage, thank god for that.

The reason i didn't file a police report, is because I do have a deductible on my insurance plus I don't want to risk for my insurance to go up. As it looks right now, everything should come about to $700 to $800.
