Intake Fitment Problems...

OK, I have the AEM Intake, I got he smaller filter and it fits just right, but after a while @ the turbo and hose clamp right @ the Bell housing gives and then the BOV gets loose too. Turns out that the angle is VERY steep for the intake and is hitting the hood now with my UR pipes, but now leaks. The filter is already bent again, I just want an intake that will fit right with the UR Pipes, I know that the K&N unit fits, but now I hear bad things about it now.

Is teh N&N unit bad on a car that is not tuned? I hear all it does is tell teh MAF that WAY too much air is going in, so it pulls boost and timing, but my car was tuned with an intake and has a MBC so I see no problem with added air flow. But I really need an intake to fit my car now and HAS TO CLEAR the Unorthodox Racing IC Pipes...
