front license plate holder

i feel stupid asking this question because i'm not that tool retarded but is there a trick to removing the front license plate holder? i was able to get everything off except for the bolt that goes through the bumper. i think i found part of the tab that sits on the back. (it sticks out a little through the grille). anyways..it just spins when i try to undo it. i thought about drilling it out..but there must be an easier way.

thanks for the input.

drop your undertray and hold the threaded part with one hand and unscrew with the other

yeah, i had removed my bumper, its all good took 5 min, and during that time clean the intercooler and other parts of the car that the bumper covered. its not hard to remove or put in the bumper. ive done it plenty of times.
