Good calls, BLiu and Hatorade ... the insurance companies probably have the best resources to help their client. However, one thing I 'don't' want to have happen, is for the insurance company to 'chince-out' and say..."yeah, we'll pay 2k to get your car fixed, and we won't put anything on your record with us, but we won't go after the driver, because its not 'worth' it, and oh...because you made a claim with us, we'll raise your rates just a mere 10 bucks a month or so." Of course I, like everyone else here, would like to drag that Mack Truck Bum into court just for the 'principle' of it.
