Sounds like bull****, he is selling the thing for like 6 grand when he could probally get more for the parts alone.

I don't know if this guy is BSing or not about the 9 second evo. Take a look at the engine pics. Very long exhaust runners on the manifold, huge IC piping, etc and nitrous in the trunk.

 

With a "buy it now" price of $6200, I'd say it's a fake.

 

Guys, he isn't selling the 9 second evo..he's selling a salvage title evo that needs just about everything fixed on it.

The $6200 Buy It Now is for the evo shell he is selling. That car has no headlghts, seats, dashboard, engine, or tranny and has a damaged frame so I can see how that price is reasonable. Looking at the black car again, it is most likely BS that it is a 9 second car or someone else on this board would most probably know about it. It does look like a fast car though.

 

If anyone took a minute to read the damn add they would know that the black car is the "9 second" car and the white one is for sale. The black car looks capable, I wouldn't doubt it.

 

that black car is probably in the 10 or 11's.. he needs to show proof

 

he really doesn't need to prove anything I suspect.... if I had a nine second car I wouldn't feel like I had to prove it to anybody.

 

that's not Nitrous in the truck, it's an IC chiller.
