I'm getting excessive road GUNK on my back driver side wheel well. It's like tar and whatever else (GUNK). Like i can scrape off a bunch with my fingers and roll it into a ball that resembles black tar. There's a bit of this stuff on the passengers back side as well.. but there's ALOT more on the drivers side. Should I bother to take the tire off and scrape all that gunk off?
