ey if anyone is getting a new oem brake pads can you guys sell me your black shims please sell it to me..i am willing to buy an used old bremo brake pads from lancer evo 8. i am only going to buy it if it has the black shims on it. if anyone willing to sell me the brake pads with the shims or just the black shims itself pm me and i am willing to buy

I've succesfully been using these peel and stick shims from porsche 993tt big reds on my EVO running mean race pads - they are about 90% efficient. Right now I'm not running them and I can't stand the squealing from my new race pads. Only drawbacks - some shims might get unglued after serious track sessions, it's not a perfect fit (spring needs to be spread a little so some effort is required to pop them in), they seem to be a one-time use, and they cost me $7ea x 8 = $56.

you can make them out of any soft mettal. i accidently through away a set and i just cut some out of copper and used them. WORKS GREAT...and no noise
