It sounds like he's still running a cat on the car, which explains the leaner a/f readings on the dyno chart. Nice #s BTW on 91 octane. You should be able to pull high 12s w/ ~300whp.

Where did you get the magnaflow cat anyway? I've never seen it before.
I think you'll gain 15-20whp easily w/ 93-94 octane. You should be able to run leaner AF's and 1-2 deg more timing safely.

With 300whp you should be able to pull low 12's. Especially since a stock Evo can pull 13.0-13.3, and in some cases 12.9.

Seems a little low for the large amount of mods. You should be able to produce those numbers with just a turbo back, boost controller, and a flash. Maybe more.

its the 91 killing, and he is running in the 11.0's for teh red line for A/F which I think is ok. You need better gas or tuning, I make 340+++ with the same mods, actually less.
#1 thing I would change is the SAFC, it is a good tool, but does NOT control timing which is key for tuning.
#2 and is optional, is the cat, high flow or not, take it off will get you 10WHP easilly and allow hot air to escape faster.
Flash all the way you shoudl gain over 300WHP and a WAY smother powerband.

my car was flashed by turbo trix with there custom tune on the dyno. he hooks up his lap top to the obdII connector and gets into the stock computer and playes with the timing and
fuel curve.
