There are a few different gauge overlay kits to be had. There's someone on Ebay (and on this board too?) that sells them. Or check out http://www.importcarpartsplus.com - I've got their 'yellow\carbon-fiber' on my ride (they go great with the car, but are a bugger to read clearly during the day.

 

search through show and shine, there are many examples of people doing custom work and what some shops have done as well

 

I'll be getting mine done soon. Mines not going to be anything fancy, just an overlay.
