Yeh. My Megan Racing "high flow cat" is that exact piece. It isn't really a cat., it is just a resonator..so it isn't as loud as a test pipe but flows the same.

Yeah, my friend bought one of those "high flow cats" for his Accord. As broeli says, it's just a resonator, but gives the same flow as catless pipe. To its credit, it was a high quality piece...

I have this "hi-flow cat" as well. Fits great and noticed a decent amount of additional power over the stock cat. Highly recommended!
