Filling Screw holes in plastic

I just moved my BOV cause I had it on top of the engine and it was getting cooked. so now i moved it and i had to move the knob (hallman Prox with internal cab control) and I would like to fill in the holes that I previously had there when the knob was in a different position. I was thinking using some bondo, sanding it down, then just painting it...do you have any other suggestions. Here are some pics of what i am talking about.

bondo would be a bit of a mess inside your car. might try some silicone sealant or caulking in the right color first. or cut a plug from a blind spot and glue it in.
