bad experience with lancershop.com

I ordered some stuff from them online and the order went through with no problem but did not get a confirmation number. When ordering online you should automatically get a email confirming your order but I didnt get jack. Waited for a few days to see if they would reply but still got nothing. Emailed them and got no reply after waiting another few days. Cant pm message lancershop.com on this forum because their inbox is full. So I emailed them by clicking on his name on this forum and still got no reply. So I figure the only way to see whats going on is to call them. But the thing is I am located in asia so I have to call around midnight my time. Guy name Chris picked it up and I told him I want to check on my order. He says last name and zip code, I gave him that and he said hold up....30 seconds later he tells me"the computer guy who does online ordering is not in now so call in a hour". Called a hour later and same guy Chris picks it up and I told him I called earlier and he said "give me your name again" Let me see what I can pull up in the computer I was thinking didnt he just tell me earlier he didnt know how to access it...lmfao Anyways I should of told him I am calling internationally but I didnt, big mistake. Put me on hold for 5 minutes, that 5 minute seems like 10 minutes when your calling long distance. I thought he forgot he put me on hold so I said screw this and hanged up. Call right back and he picked it up again and I told him yea did you get my info, he told me call back in another 40 minutes, the pc is kind of acting weird...WTF! this is too funny I just need to laugh. So While I am waiting for another 40 minutes, it will be 2 am by that time I thought I share this experience with some of you. So far Where else can I get some Defi D guages and Triple A pillar pods incase I need to order it from someone else? Thanks Sorry for the long post.

Chris has always helped me out. He has always been great to me infact always hooks me up but i think that might be bcouse of the 8K order i have put in in the last 3 months. Anyways this is another reason i dont order anything off the internet. If you call its just better to talk to a person about it and normally the process is faster then going by the internet.

i have to admit lancershop got me my order but it was a mess... i had to call 3 or 4 times and they lied about things being in stock when it wasnt. i would actually order from lancershop again but nothing big.

I'm impressed by your composure and patience having to be put on hold for several minutes on an overseas call. I bet the phone call was more expensive than the product you want to order?

things always mess up for some vendors. but everything will work through if you are willing to have patience and understading with them.

Gruppe-S is great! I also had troubles with Lancershop Online saying they had something in stock when they didn't. They never bothered to tell me that until I emailed many times. Don't always believe their color-coded in-stock website icons.

I guess not everyone can call and order but I expect companies that have online ordering system should do a good job. I have order a lot things online with no problems at all in the past. This just kind of shows you how some stores are lacking experience and training?

i guess the saying of you treat one customer bad and he'll tell 10 others about you is true. looks like lancershop won't be getting any orders from me.

i always try to be understanding when dealing with vendors cuz $hit happens and they are people too. when a vendor lets me know there is going to be a long wait, i will most likely wait patiently unless its unreasonably long. the only thing that really gets on my nerves is when a vendor says they have it in stock, but when i follow up the item was either not in stock or it was shipped to someone else who ordered. when a vendor gives me the courtesy of being honest with me, i will be understanding.

Jackie at Vividracing did exactly this; gave me full courtesy of any delays, complications, awesome price, and most importantly great customer service....... If you need a special order, I would highly recommend going to him.
