why switch evo 9 seat with evo 8?
 

im a noob and have seen a few people do this. why would u trade alcantra for cloth?

Some people like cloth because you don't slide around as much when you are cornering hard.

i would never switch my evo 9 seats for the evo 8. that blue is fugly

it doesn't make sense. evo 9 seats feel and look better.

Like stated above, its for function, not looks.

Cheaper than aftermarket fixed backs and probably more functional. Are they the skinny jap-spec seats by any chance? cos they are tight! They're awesome.

id trade somebody for my evo 8 seats for the 9 seats anyday. ill pay for all the shipping to me and to them plus $100.

Take a look at the EVO8 cloth seats, then the EVO9 alcantra... its not hard to figure out...

Maybe someone with a blue IX wanted his seats to match... and someone with a red VIII wanted to get rid of his blue seats. Perfect trade.

Maybe the guy with the IX seats just wants to make some money off interior parts that don't matter to him so that he can afford some power mods?

I would say the EVO seats are much better. Not really feeling the 9 seats.
