Car won't start...But it sounds close.

First off, yes I searched. I found a few threads that were close, but no cigar.

Well, the car just refuses to turn over. New starter, yes the battery is charged, yes I have spark, yes I have fuel. I'm leaning towards the MAP and MAF sensor being bad. At one point, before the car completely died, it was having trouble above 4k RPM. Apparently it would 'stutter'. I read another thread about how the Crank Position Sensor can also cause similar problems. Input?

I'm getting the following codes:

P0113: Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input
P0069: Map sensor
And at one point the car threw a 'left bank lean' code..Not sure on the actual P code, but that's what the guy who was working on it (while i was in Afghanistan) said.

Any other input guys?

Blown HG won't cause a no start.
And compression would have to be really low too.
Hey guy, whats your mod list? You say you have fuel and spark... Did you pull the rail and injectors out to verify fuel? Not just fuel pressure. If infact, injectors are firing, check timing. Pull your maf and inspect it too

Could very well be you cam/crank sensor, if youre not getting fuel injected
