Had same issue kinda....what i did to fix was double up rear pcv valve ( one way check valve) along with oem pcv. I aslo deleted catch can on driver side valve cover breather and ran strait to turbo intake tube. This was all after opening up fittings on valve cover from stock up to 3/8 barb fittings. This fixed my smoking fp black problem....and no i dont have oil coated ic pipes.

Hope this helps man....if all else fails i would check compression and leakdown....rings may just be super pissed off and need a rebuild.

Good Luck bro!

Why did you remove the pcv? That prevents manifold pressure from entering the crankcase...the spring is a band aid mod.

Add a high pressure pcv valve that should definitively help.

Here's he one I run in my car; http://images.grainger.com/B340_36/i...6D914_AS01.JPG

You just need to purchase at local auto parts store or home improvement 1/4" female brass nipples to connect each side

could you have an diagram to better understand your setup??
my engine has about 5k miles of rebuilt but my rings setup are:

.023" minimum for the top
.019" for the 2nd
.020" for the oil

It os by Arias pistons recommendations

I also had 2 pcv's at one time. The oem unit + the one i pictured above. I only run the one pictured and my saikou michi dual catch can. I also no longer run a pcv valve for the intake tube.

Little off topic, but i don't see why they would recommend running a larger top ring gap then the bottom comp ring. Totally backwards. That's why you are getting EXCESSIVE blow-by. No way to fix other than taking the engine apart.
