Turbosmart dual port BOV leak?

Hey guys - If this has been covered in another thread I apologize.

I've got an issue with my Turbosmart dual port BOV on my 2006 Evo 9 MR. To make a long story short, its leaking, and its leaking from the piston. I had leaks from the recirculation ports, but solved that with new o-rings. While I was at it, I replaced all of the o-rings with the turbosmart o-ring kit. I should also note that this leak was present prior to replacing all of the o-rings. I've cleaned and re-oiled it with sewing machine oil as TS 'tech support' has instructed me to.

Here is my boost leak test setup:

When I actually broke down and called TS tech support, originally to attempt a warranty claim, within minutes of starting the conversation, it was clear that wasnt going to happen. After questions like "how are you boost leak testing" and "what do you mean, leaking?" - the gal I spoke to proceeds to tell me that "Its normal to see bubbles from the piston" after a long awkward pause, mostly from disbelief - I decided to quit while I was ahead.

I did the same test with my stock evo 9 bov, and does it leak? Yes. AT 22 PSI! this thing is leaking almost immediately, at <5psi. I've got a video of this thing leaking I'd be happy to post as well.

Has anyone else with this bov had this issue?
