I tried hooking up a defi link unit yesterday but all i get is power to the gauge lights, and the illumination to the unit itself. the gauge (boost) is not working. I wired the unit to the cigarette lighter so: orange(power) on the defi to red on lighter; black (grnd) to black w/ yellow stripe on lighter; white (illumination) to green w/ white stripe on lighter. I'm thinking that i need to ground to something else. anyone ideas? thanks.
