1) they only make black, the interior probably isnt black. probably grey
2) i think the kit will just be the plastic piece and 6 plastic screws. nothing else is needed.
3) yes, the tweeter will fill the hole.
4) as far as i know from prior experience it overlays. otherwise what would you drill the 4 plastic screw into? but i could be wrong and im sure you could use it as a replacement. just up to the installer.
5) my 30psi carbon fiber autometer gauge is 52mm, along with the rest of my carbon fiber gauges.
