I bought a EVO 8 spoiler on ebay and when i got it, it is dirty at the top. Looks like the top clear part has bubbled up and makes the carbon fiber look faded. Any thoughts on how to clean this would be greatly appreciated. Kinda looks scratched up.

Sand the clear coat down alittle and put more clear on it
