Hey everyone... I was thinking we should all put our knowledge together and write down what wires we could splice into for things such as switchable power..... Anyone who knows any wires in the Evo VIII's that are good to splice something into put it here... I've searched and there is a lot of scattered info all over so I thought there should be a single place for it...

huh? are you looking for 12v source?

If so, grab it off the cig lighter or ingnition. I also really like the add a relay method too.

 

I used the cig lighter to run wiring to a radar detector at the top of my windshield with no exposed wires. I also used it to power my gauges in my dash.
