Defi Gauge and Greddy Oil Block adapter

Is anybody out there using the Greddy oil block adapter as their source for BOTH Defi D oil temp and Defi D Oil pressure? In the instructions for my gauge it says the temperature sensor is threaded at 1/8 NPT. My greddy oil block adapter is 1/8 BSPT. The oil pressure is okay because it's threaded at 1/8 BSPT. Why would defi do make different threads on similar gauges??? What did everyone do to solve this issue? Re-tap??? I don't know how to do that, but I do have both metric and standard 1/8 pipe thread tap and die. Buy an adapter? I went to home depot and pep boys and they didn't have anything close to what I need. I don't want to install these guages anywhere else if I don't have to. I want to use the greddy adapter. The whole point of me spending 60 bucks was to prevent this kind of BS. What did you guys end up doing? Someone please help me.
