Gapping question???

I just bought Autolite double platinum sparkplugs (APP3924) and im boosting about 24 pounds on high. So im not sure right now where i should gap it to or if they should be gapped. They are gapped to .039 right now. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you sure about your boosting levels, that is too high for 93 oct. Id lower it to 21-22. Otherwise you are retarding your timing, and will have knock, but thats just my opinion.

Gapping, like 8urvtec, .024 to .028. Currently I am at .027.

Whoa, .039 a huge gap for that much boost. Like the others, I say around .024 to .028 is good.

I have my plugs gapped at .026.

If you can return them, get the NGK copper plugs. Those Platinum plugs aren't that good. Go with Copper and change them often (with your oil change) or go all the way with Iridium(stock) plugs.

.024 is what I use, and is what Al reccomends. Correct me if I am wrong..
