Question Perrin exhaust

I purchase a Perrin cat back about a year ago and left it in the box. I am getting ready to blow the dust off of it and install it. However, I had a question. I thought I noticed a threaded bung on the tube, is this used for a censor that I need to remove from the original exhaust? Should I just buy a new one instead of moving the old? Any other install issues?

thx All...

the threaded bung is for the rear O2 sensor. You dont need to buy a new one just make sure you put anti-sieze on the threads before you reinstall the sensor, it will make life easier down the road if you ever decide to take it out again.

hope this helps

I just put my Perrin exaust on yesterday, I didnt have any problems at all. Fits great. If you are using the stock cat, you will have to remove the studs from the cat and use the bolts supplied.
