Exhaust and warranty question please help
I have the HKS Hi Power exhaust on my 05 EVO. I installed the DC downpipe tonight and noticed that the resinator on the exhaust is hitting the Drive shaft where its couipled together. Its warn into the exhaust a little and im sure this cant be good.
Anyone have this problem before and know how to fix it?
Also my front tires are completely bald on the inside. the tire preasure is always good and i have not hit anything or done anything to change the camber....... Is this a common problem? I only have 7000 miles and am thinking about talking to the dealership where i got the car and seeing ifthey will do something about it and re align the car for free.
think they will go through with that?
All post pictures of all this tomorrow when i get them off my camera.

I had similiar issues and took the exhaust off for warranty work and everything worked out. my downpipe rubbed the crap out of my xfer case. your warranty covers you for alignments for 12k miles. I dont think they will change the tires. The thing is these cars came out of the factory with alignment problems for some reason and it sucks for us, but yea just bring it in after you put your stocker back on

i think all evo's are alligned like that out of the factory, this allignment is sopposed to give it better handling, everyone's tires wear like that, even mine...
