Well I painted the tailights this weekend and every thing was going fine until I was putting the cover on the last one, my wife yelled for me and I was concentratig so hard that I slipped the inside of the cover into the sealant now I have fine scrathces from removing it with alcohol and a shop rag, then as I was installing them on the car the same one cracked as I was pressing it in
Any suggestions to fix it? I was thinking of pulling it apart again then polishing the inside with a buffing cloth and head light restorer then sealing the crack with the window chip fixing kit. Help please all that work and now one side looks like crap!
