Do you have an rs, or are you asking about another car?

 

DO NOT BUY A KIT....THEY LOOK LIKE CRAP!!!!!!!

Find someone who wrecked their Evo...it's not too hard lately.
Buy these parts from them...

Door panels
Window regulators
Window motors
Lock assemblies
Red lock "Brain" located above the clutch pedal
Wiring harnesses

Replace everything in the front doors and plug them in...they work
Rear doors are a different story, you have to run wires and drill into the door.
