Removing front and rear crash beams...

I have a INGS body kit on the way. I need to know two things. One how to remove both the crash beams.

Two how the sideskirts mount up.
DO I need to rivet them in place or are there clips etc.

I am average in the auto DIY thing and don't feel I need to pay for installation on this project.

You better hope you never have an accident and your insurance company finds out you removed your crash beams. They tend to frown on that.

Yeah a camaro ran a stop sign and I t-boned him. That was over a year ago. The car has totally been repaired and rebuilt. (Got a new motor and everything out of it). ANyway to the first post the Crash beams are only rated at 10mph anyway if that.

10 mph is better than nothing. Polyurethane nor fiberglass is safe.

You're missing the point. If you get into another accident like your first one, and an insurance adjuster sees or finds out that you've removed the crash beams, they are going to drop you like a hot coal. It's just not a good idea dude, but if looking cool means more to you then anything else than go for it!
