Help: Front bumper removal

I am taking off my front bumper for my HID retrofit on friday and ran into some issues. I striped two plastic fasteners and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to remove them and where to buy them when its time for my bumper to be put back on.

see pic.

i never had problems getting those clips out. the trick is to turn the screw w/o using pressure, i use a long phillips bit and not a driver to do this. hold on to the base of the clip while turning the screw out, when u have enough threads out u can use your fingers to unscrew it out more, and then just wiggle it out.
