Intercooler piping hitting Fan

Intercooler piping hitting Fan

hey guys. i installed an intake and had to take out a metal bracket piece that blocked my intake. after taking this bracket out, the intercooler pipe that was connected to it by a screw is now hitting the fan.. here are some pictures.. let me know if you guys had this problem or have some advice.

what intake is that suppose to be ? that i think is your problem... it doesnt look like any i've seen, is it made for the evo ?

its a blitz sus intake.. its juss really big and it messed everything up.. it started to rub against the mesh part on the intercooler pipe soo i had to move it and take out a bracket.. then now the pipe is rubbing against the fan.. i dont know what to do

should be simple... get aftermarket pipes and/or get rid of the intake for now or sell it and get something else

I've got the same problem - but with the stock airbox. The radiator fan has been slowly knicking the stock UICP and has worked a small hole into it causing a boost leak. Besides upgrading to an aftermarket pipe, anybody have any recommendations?

Update. I was able to flip the silicon fitting end for end. I also put some patch into the hole, and taped on both sides. Lastly, I put in a bunch of spacers to push the pipe away from the fan blades. Working great!
