Cleaning the throttle body

anyone have any tips or specific steps? do you have to remove the whole thing? any particular cleaner to use?

Use sea foam. You can either apply it through the vacuum port or spray the throttle body. I used it on many of my car i had owned in the past.

i use Throttle carb cleaner...definetly made a difference in idle...TB is real sensitive as far as build up...

sea foam is awesome stuff too...clean the motor and fuel system...
