HKS filter maitnance

I looked around a bit I didnt see anything. I bought the car with a hybrid drop in filter already installed but its pretty dirty. Oil, no oil, wash it like a K&N or just blow it out???????????

we must be talkng about a diffeent filter. The one thats in my car is a three stage filter and all three layers are plastic like foams. Its almost the same as a UNI filter that people run in their dirt bikes and quads that are reusable.
