I am removing the lower heat sheilding on the headers and the bottom bolt on the right side will not loosen past a a few turns. It is getting harder every turn after that and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has an idea of what to do to get it off. Thanks

 

let it get a little hot, mind you not way hot but after it cools down a bit spray some penetrating oil all over it and try to get some inside the threads since you have loosened it some. That will work, if you let it sit for a while or even overnight, but the trick is to have it slightly hot and time, let it sit. Keep us posted...
