I've done some searching but couldn't find anything. If anyone has any tips or instructions I'd appreciate it!

 

It's pretty easy once you have the mustache bar out. Just use a hacksaw to cut the bushing shell in one spot. Then a flat head screwdriver and a hammer/mallet to bang in the shell where you cut it. It will come out and then you just push in the new ones with your hands (at least with the Energy Suspension ones) and drive through the center piece with a mallet. Not bad at all. You definitely don't need a press or vice.
