Can you paint cloth seats?

So I have a red Evo with the Blue VIII seats. Not the best looking combo in my opinion. I know this sounds crazy, and I've never tried it, but I think I've heard this being done...

Can you paint the cloth seats with some special kind of dye/paint that will hold-up and not flake or rub off?

There really isn't going to be a way to do it and make it look good, get ready to spend a little cash and trade for some 9 seats

I remember seeing a few threads on here where people used fabric paint to paint their seats a different color. They came out pretty good. You can probably search for those threads.

Yes you can do it. Thier was a guy on here who did it a while back. I think it might be up in the how to section. If I remember correctly he had pictures too and it turned out really well!

Don't you know how dyes work .. why do you think your colored shirts don't bleed when sweated on.

Smile I would leave it alone.

I would leave it alone. If it really looks that bad to you, then I would take it to professional that can make it just the color or way you would like it. But if you're very confident in doing it by yourself, then I guess you can go for it. Just don't mess up if you try doing it, because then you'll feel really bad. I've been through my share....trust me.
