How do you maintain the catch can (empty it) ? Is there a drain hose for it, or do you have to maneuver it out again?

Are you see a lot of oil build up in there?

I know this is lame but the manufacture states one should undo the clear hose from the top of the can and lower it below level of the bottom of the can to drain the waste oil.
