hey,
i have a hks type 1 turbo timer.I wanted to use it to read rpms,0-400,etc. but i dont want to use it as an accuall turbo timer.What i was thinking is to leave the silver wire unplugged(wire that connects to e-break) and connect everything else to corresponding wires,and it will work without having the idling feature.will this work?
also how do you use those damn wire splices that came with the kit?I've always done it old school and cut and soldered the wires together,but i dont want to do that with the ECU wires thanks!
