Install radiator pipe?
Do I have to drain all the coolant to install radiator pipe?
I really dont want to make mess on my parents garage.

Upper or lower pipe? If upper, then no, you need to drain just enough so the coolant level is below the upper pipe. It'll still drip/leak a little so put some cardboard underneath the car.
