Help with installing boost gauge

Help guys i followed the instruction posted above but I cant get my gauge to work this is what i have done so far, gave the gauge power and routed a vacumm line thru the back end of the glove compartment and cut the vacumm line shown in the pictures....what im i missing? i have been doing this for 2 hrs ...any help? what gauge is it and is it mechanical or electrical?

ive never used that line for my gauges!! try using the line that gies from the top of the BOV to the intake mani on the right side of the manifold and see if that works

is mechanical...i was using the line recommended in the how to ....what line are you talking about?

You can't use the line that you used. The line mentioned above is recommended. You can also use the line that goes from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure solenoid. Its just to the right of the line you tapped.
