I am going to install PTE 1000cc low impedance injectors so I know not to do this, I'm just curious what is the reason/benefit?

Does anyone know the part number for the resistor box and harness? I know you can buy an old DSM one to use, I would just rather have a new resistor box. Thanks.

^^^^ BTW I checked my connection with a multimeter and got continuity in all pins. This took less than 2 minutes to make.

you could find a plug and play harness at ebay for 24$ including shipping.

And recently Melon Tuning is supplying it to, you can find it in their site.

can anyone explain the reasoning for doing this with the high impedance injectors? what are the benefits over the low impedance?

yes there is.. the injectors are way more stable when this is done. also not to mention running the resistor box with the high imp injectors can damage them.
