Headunit connector question for Evo IX 06

Headunit connector question for Evo IX 06
I need help with the headunit connector. I was trying to install a new stereo in my Evo IX and what my brother figured out working was as the picture below (both ground works, which one should I use? Or they're not even a ground?), and is it important to know which is + or - for the speakers? Can someone clarify this since I've spent the whole week trying to find more info but still found nothing.
Also, is there some where I can find the male 18-pins connector so I can do a clean job on it? Found this pic in trinydex post (Thanks trinydex).
