Auto-Off headlight function does not turn on both headlights w/ HID Kit

Hey there, my Auto-Off headlight function works just fine with the normal halogen bulbs. Both turn off and Both turn off.

Problem is when I've installed my HID Kit my Auto-Off function will turn off both headlights but will only turn on one headlight. I have to flick my headlight switch to get the other one to turn on. Any ideas?

When you installed the HID kit did you also use a separate relay harness? In most cases with aftermarket HID's people who have issues with one headlight turning on use one of these. This will supply power directly from the battery instead of the stock wiring. The HID's use more power on initial startup than the halogens do so you are probably not getting full voltage to the ballast when they are kicking on.
You can find relay harnesses all over the web but here's a couple of links to places I've used in the past for my customers.
