evo 8 nonacd into acd

Hi. Has anyone done this and can help me out? I have couple of questions. I'm about to do a swap and put an ACD transfer into my 2003 evo 8 that is originally a non-acd.

I think one will need an ACD transfer case, ACD center diff, ACD pump, ACD ECU and maybe a new ECU. Also not to mention a new gauge cluster and a ACD button.

You could partially avoid the ECU issue by using something like a MOTEC ACD controller.

Will still need the pump and hydraulic lines etc.. quite a bit of support stuff.. and probably a wiring harness which may or may not be integrated into the normal wiring harness.
