I admire anyone who attempts to do this themselves.. I already decided the cam install was something I'd let someone who's done a cam swap on this car before..

Plus I got 272's so fuel pump, fuel injectors and reflash are something I'd like to arrange for a shop to do for me.

The EvoMoto instructions are as good as I've found so far though.. The trick to doing it from what I can gather is to not allow the cam gears to "Move" on the belt otherwise you'll shift the timing.. In the past (on other cars I've worked on, I took a paint marker and drawn a line from the index mark on the gear over onto the belt so everything lines up again should it inadvertantly get fouled.)

I followed the EVOMOTO instructions and everything snapped together perfectly. I honestly have to say, the instructions almost make it fool proof.

I read the directions 2 times before the install - everything was second nature when I dove in to the engine.

I also installed a set of cam gears.
