Seibon Trunk Evo 9 Question

Just wondering if this movement is “typical” of the seibon trunks for our cars. I have all the gaps / lines even and it actually fits good. However I can’t get it to latch tighter than this so it is kind of loose. I took a video to show.

I messed with the latch for a good hour and just can’t get it any tighter without sacrificing the fitment of the entire trunk.

Thanks in advance!

No that is not normal, do you have the rubber stops that go into the CF trunk off you factory trunk in place? If not that’s likely your problem, that or the entire latch assembly is loose and/or not bolted to the CF trunk correctly.

if the factory rubber adjustment bumpers will not thread into their holes on the CF trunk you may need to widen them a little w/ a dremmel tool or such
