Hey guys

Going to be doing the transmission mount on my 5 speed Evo 7. I understand the transmission will need to be able to drop a little bit to get the old mount out and the new one in. What needs to be removed to get the transmission to move around with a floor jack.

 

• I would remove the timing belt side motor mount
• You need to remove the lower longitudinal engine brace (the one that the roll stopper mounts to)
• Place a jack w/wood block under the oil pan
