Broken fan replaced with slim fan, help wiring !
Hi Guys,
I am new to this, i have been searching up for days and days, with my car down due to broken fan, I am from BC, Canada and have limited access to any JDM parts, but currently my fan have stopped working ( not quite sure what it the deal is but seems to lost its life) I have a 12" 12V slim fan from previous builds and it has 2 wires blue for power and black for negative. My real question is my Evo 6 has 4 wire plugs to be able to get the fan working, is it possible for me to take 2 blue wires solder it together along with the slim fan's Positive wire (and same thing the Negative) would this still work just like the oem does? My car is currently stock with just air intake bolt on and street tune, nothing crazy.
Picture drawn for reference
Thank you guys
