Evo 8 ACD pump location

Hey all, I've struggled to find out where the ACD pump would be located on an evo 8. I've made sure to search in the forum and couldn't find anything complete (probably because idk how to search the forum well yet). Id like to check a shell I bought for the pump so that I know whether or not I need to buy a pump for it. Thanks in advance!

Heres the thread you should read. Its possible your 8 didnt have the pump. The ACD is located in the left front corner

It does have the ACD selector, and I took a look where you mentioned the pump should be. I saw the bracket screw holes there... unfortunately no pump . On a related note, im looking at eBay currently and see a refurbished ACD pump for $1150. Is that a good deal for a fully refurbished pump?

Well, no doubt now that your 8 had ACD. Curious how the previous owner deleted it? Was the center diff changed? If it was changed to a non ACD diff, i will say youre solid & certainly no need to add the complexity of this system (you wont miss it)

The car was previously stripped down to a shell so the first owner could turn it into a drag car. They pulled everything out to flip since the cost of building the car was gonna be pretty heavy. Im currently working to restore the car to stock condition as my first project car! Ive got a full drive train for an MR (6SPD trans and ACD Tcase) I'm working on getting ready to put in. Also thanks again for answering my questions its saving me a ton of time and research.
