intercooler piping

is it true that if you how a intercooler piping leaking that your car would run real rich and have a loud sucking from the intake if so how can i presser check or find the leak thanks alot

Yes, the car can run rich. Basically, the engine expects a certain amount of air which is measured by the MAS (mass air sensor) and throws in the appropriate amount of gas. Now if there is a boost leak, the engine will still use the same amount of gas based on the measured air from MAS but now, that measured air is less than expected (due to the leak) and the engine will run rich.
You can build your own boost leak tester from parts availible at Home Depot. Here is an example of one you buy from Machv.com (or machevo.com):
