How to change corner light bulb in headlight

do u have to remove the bumber and take the headlights out or can i just change it with the bumper on?

think you have to remove the inner fender liner if you leave the bumper on.

replace turn signal other day had to take bumper off the two or three schews to get hedlight out......Wasnt to bad if you have already removed the under plastic.......
